Martian Lawyers Club, a Bristol, UK-based startup that uses generative AI to personalize games, has raised $2.2 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Fly Ventures, with participation from System. One, Amar Shah, and Dhyan Ventures.
The company was founded by Kamen Brestnichki (CEO) and Levi Fussell (CTPO). Martian Lawyers Club is building an auto-modding platform that allows game developers to create personalized, procedurally-generated game experiences. The company's functionality generation tool enables developers to give players the same freedom of choice as in role-playing tabletop games. To test out its SDK, Martian Lawyers Club is reportedly working on a collectable card game. The game is still in development, but the company hopes to release it in early 2024.
