The round was led by 645 Ventures and 3VC, with participation from previous backers QED Investors and NfX. The credit facility was provided by i80 Group. The company also offers a data-driven tech stack consultation program. This program helps brands optimize their tech stacks to reduce costs, increase conversions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Shop Circle was founded in 2021 by Luca Cartechini and Gian Maria Gramondi. The company currently serves over 100,000 businesses worldwide.
