London-based Supportwave, an IT services company that connects businesses with IT specialists on-demand, raised $2.2m in seed funding.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its resource pool and gain significant market share in the SMB and Enterprise markets.
Founded in 2020 by CEO Kelvin Wetherill, Supportwave matches IT specialists with businesses of all sizes. Services include on-demand support, dedicated resources, and help desk solutions. The company has a community of 5,000+ verified specialists and plans to triple that number in the next 6 months.
Current partners include VISA, HSBC, and Parliament Hill.
