Tracer raises $18.1 million Series A round. Incubated out of VaynerMedia in 2015, Tracer helps global brands, data partners, and agencies make strategic decisions by consolidating data sources and enriching them with business insights. It processed more than $1B in transactions before spinning off into a stand-alone entity in 2021.
The round was led by NewRoad Capital Partners, Progress Ventures, and BDMI, with participation from S4S Ventures, Arbour Way Investors, VCP Ventures, 35V, RSE Ventures, Sir Martin Sorrell, and Gary Vaynerchuk.
The company has offices in New York City and London and a team of more than 70 across four continents.
